Responsibilities:
- To understand Production Process in
Sorini, and analyze performance improvement related all aspect of
instruments (measurement equipments related to physical parameters) - To design and improve PLC (Program Logic Controller) system
Requirements:
- Male, S1 degree of Physics / Electrical engineering , GPA > 3,0
- Has minimum experience of min. 1 years in similar position
- Competent to handle PLC (Program Logic Controller) & Industry instruments
- Team player, willingness to learn & work under pressure
- Conversant with English (Oral / written)
- Conversant with MS Office operation
- Age ≤ 28 years
Location:
- Pandaan Factory - East Java

Human Resources Staff (Code : HRS)
Responsibilities:
- Managing Recruitment Processes based on procedures and requirements.
- Analyze Training Need, Training Annual Schedule execution, evaluate the effectiveness of Training Program
- Managing Performance Appraisal processes.
- Handle some other employee related matters such as expatriate permit, budgeting etc.
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years experience in similar position
- Bachelor degree majoring in Law / Psychology / Management, with min. GPA 3.00
- Can work as part of team and independently, strong development thinking, strong interpersonal skill
- Willing to work in tight schedule and under pressure
- Conversant with English (Oral / written) is a must
- Conversant with MS Office operation.

Supervisor & Assistant Manager Finance & Accounting (Code: FAG)
Requirements :
- Based in our Surabaya Office
- Male / Female (Female Preferable) , Maximum age of 32 years old
- S1 or S2 degree of Accounting or Finance from Reputable University, GPA > 3,0
- Has minimum experience of 3 years in similar position
- Able to do daily Finance & Accounting Responsibilities
- Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, have enthusiasm to learn business process, leadership skill
- Conversant with English (Oral / written) is a must.
- Conversant with MS Office operation
