Responsibilities:
- Managing Recruitment Processes based on procedures and requirements.
- Analyze Training Need, Training Annual Schedule execution, evaluate the effectiveness of Training Program
- Managing Performance Appraisal processes.
- Handle some other employee related matters such as expatriate permit, budgeting etc.
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years experience in similar position
- Bachelor degree majoring in Law / Psychology / Management, with min. GPA 3.00
- Can work as part of team and independently, strong development thinking, strong interpersonal skill
- Willing to work in tight schedule and under pressure
- Conversant with English (Oral / written) is a must
- Conversant with MS Office operation.
