Human Resources Staff (Code : HRS)

Responsibilities:
  • Managing Recruitment Processes based on procedures and requirements.
  • Analyze Training Need, Training Annual Schedule execution, evaluate the effectiveness of Training Program
  • Managing Performance Appraisal processes.
  • Handle some other employee related matters such as expatriate permit, budgeting  etc.    

Requirements:  
  • Min. 2 years experience in similar position
  • Bachelor degree majoring in Law / Psychology / Management, with min. GPA 3.00
  • Can work as part of team and independently, strong development thinking, strong interpersonal skill
  • Willing to work in tight schedule and under pressure
  • Conversant with English (Oral / written) is a must
  • Conversant with MS Office operation.
