Various packaging and mode of delivery

We care about your business and understand that each customer require different delivery treatment. That is why we provide various packaging to adapt to diverse condition and requirement. To ensure safe, efficient and timely delivery, we cooperate with trustable partners.

Liquid (Sorbitol & Glucose Syrup)

• Flexitainer / Flexibag
Flexitank is a unique system to transport liquid bulk. Each Flexitainer is capable of containing 21-23 mt per 20' fcl and comes with hygiene certificate that ensure our product is safe from contamination

• Drum Packaging
Customers that do not have their own storage tanks may prefer drum packaging. We provide:
- Blue Steel Drum : Capacity 275 kg/drum
- Blue Plastic Drum : Capacity 270 - 275 kg/drum HDPE Mauser UN approved
- Yellow Plastic Drum : Capacity 275 kg/drum HDPE Mauser UN approved
Quantity: max 80 drums per 20 fcl

• Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC Packaging)
This type of packaging is capable to contain up to 1000 litres of liquid product. Similar to its Flexitainer counterpart, the IBC packaging is sealed to ensure its cleanliness before delivered in a container.
We offer two mode of packaging usage:
- Non Returnable IBC packaging with steel / wooden pallet
- Returnable / Leasing IBC packaging with steel pallet

• ISO Tank
To fulfill the shipping standard of developed countries, we also deliver our products in an ISO Tank. Each ISO Tank is capable to contain up to 26 MT. Safety and hygiene of this type of packaging is maintained by always checking the history of 3 past cargos and ensure that every ISO Tank equipped with cleaning certificate issued by trustable depot.

• Lorry
To deliver our products to national customers, we provide dedicated lorry to prevent possible contamination from other substance. To further ensure its cleanliness, after each delivery, each lorry will be cleansed through.

Powder (Dextrose Monohydrate and Maltodextrin)

• Paper Bag / Sack
Our powder products are packed in paper bag / sack with standard capacity of 50 Kg per sack. Each paper bag is thoroughly inspected for its strength and safety.
