Made from Manihot utilisima (Cassava) in modern
process equipped with separator and drying system. The produced tapioca
contains low fat and protein, high purity and low ash.
Due to the
above characteristic, this tapioca has wide applications in many industries

Starch in Food and Non-Food Industries:
·Starch Derivatives
Products:
As raw material or carbohydrate source
in many starch sweeteners such as fructose, dextrose, glucose, etc.
·Food industry:
Binding the products and preventing
drying during cooking (as in sausages, instant noodle, and meat preserves,
etc), thickener (as in soup, baby food, sauces, gravies, etc).
Reduce warp breaks and shredding on
looms (Modified Starch preferred). Printing starch to chicken dyes and act as
carrier for colour. Finishing starch to improve stiffness and weight (Native or
Oxidized Starch).

Improve strength, increase
resistance to folding, etc. On surface to improve appearance and resistance.

Packing
Our
Tapioca starches are packed into two types of packaging. The first
packaging type is the standard 50 Kg bag. The other is the Jumbo bag
type that comes in two sizes; 500 kg and 800 kg. The bags stacked and
covered by a pallet that able to contain up to 25 bags.
